Damage from copies of brand toys in Orenburzhye was estimated at almost 16 million rubles

In the Orenburg region, a truck was detained, which transported a batch of children's toys from Kazakhstan to Russia. During the inspection of the goods it was revealed that the goods are counterfeit, the news agency told the correspondent in the press service of the Samara Customs Office. The forgeries of famous brands were 43,112 toys. All of them are confiscated. Administrative proceedings have been initiated on the facts of illegal use of another's trademark and violation of copyright and related rights. Right holders of trademarks estimated the damage at 15.8 million rubles.
